A great spot to get healthy food at the base of the Regency apartment building. Friendly staff and changing menu keeps the cuisine interesting. Portions are about the right size. In case great. I had the black being melt it would highly recommend going that way .

I work very close to the Health Nut Café and we started ordering from them about 2 months ago and I can tell you the food is awesome. We've talked so much about their food that now other employees in the hospital are ordering from them as well. I really love the SPICEY BLACKBEAN BURGER and the TUNA SANDWHICH, they are so yummy!! Oh and the HEALTH NUT SALAD is loaded with lots of yummy ingredients. We will continue to order from them.

Yum! We stopped with kids today after a visit to the MOA and were really happy to find lots of menu items to appeal to our small crowd. Smoothies were fresh to order, loaded with fruit and large enough to share. Vegetarian options satisfied those in our group who abstain from meat. Meat lovers can enjoy a tasty club, toasted, if you like, on wheat or white. My kids split the sandwich. Craving some spice? My "Spicy Black Bean Melt" was wrapped in a jalapeno tortilla. All five in our group, including three kids, really liked lunch, and that's a difficult feat for any restaurant, let alone parents at home who have time and inclination to serve as short order cooks. So glad we took the time to stop here!

I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. The philly melt was delicious and didn't make you feel guilty afterwards for eating a philly. The smoothies are pretty good too. Fast delivery also. Definitely remembering this place next time I'm in OKC.

This is the location that is located in the Regency Apartments (I think that is what they are called) and the atmosphere of the cafe is clean and kind of minimalistic like you may expect in the business district with the normal tables and chairs, nothing too fancy or hipster or anything like that. They have a really good menu of wraps and melts (and maybe salads?) and the wrap is so huge you are definitely going to want to share it because I could only eat half of mine which made me really sad. It was also kind of expensive ($7 or so). I mean, I think it is expensive for a wrap. But it was a really good one and the tortilla was awesome unlike maybe what you get at Coolgreens (not good tortillas in my opinion). Really really really good, tasty, yummy (I realize I'm just repeating myself here) wrap elements (and when I say "good," I really mean it because I'm such a food snob it is ridiculous; I don't know how to emphasize this enough). I would definitely eat here again if 1) I could go with someone I could share with and 2) when I am not feeling like the cheap bastard I sometimes am and apparently was that week. You should be able to buy half a wrap. The people (staff/owners/?) are really full of life and friendly. And the music really took me back . . . to the late 80s/early 90s to be specific.

Gotta give them credit. I changed it from 4 to 5 stars, because they're consistent. I have gone there many times now, and the food is always consistently good. *update: I also found out from the owner that they are happy to replace the mayo on most dishes with another type of dressing. Try it man!
